House Rules / GUEST POLICY
DO YOU HAVE A BAR?
Yes! We have several popular bars across the venue.
DO YOU HAVE AN OUTDOOR AREA?
Yes – our spacious, weather-protected terrace is divided into several distinct areas, each with its own bar and atmosphere.
ARE DOGS WELCOME?
Yes, dogs are welcome on the terrace during the summer season. However, we don't recommend bringing dogs after 9 PM due to the high noise level.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE RESTAURANT? DO YOU HAVE HIGH CHAIRS? CAN I BRING A STROLLER INSIDE?
Children accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome until 9 PM. High chairs are available, and strollers are welcome inside the venue.
HOW LATE IS THE KITCHEN OPEN?
The kitchen closes at 11 PM on weekends and 10 PM on weekdays. Hours may also vary depending on weather conditions.
DO YOU HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER ON SITE?
If you'd like a photographer for your special occasion, we'd be happy to arrange it. Please email us in advance at restaurang@josefina.nu.
On selected evenings, we have professional photographers on site capturing images for our social media and marketing. By entering our venue, you consent to the use of these images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know upon arrival – please note that this may affect your ability to attend the event. If you'd like an image of yourself removed, please email restaurant@josefina.nu for review.
RESERVATIONS
IS THE RESTAURANT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, Josefina is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?
Yes, just turn right after Djurgårdsbron and you'll find Norra Varvsporten parking at Galärsvägen 7.
DO YOU OFFER TAKEAWAY?
Unfortunately, we don't offer takeaway at the moment.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TABLE?
We can't guarantee specific tables, but we're always happy to take requests and will do our best to accommodate them.
WE'RE A LARGER GROUP, CAN WE BOOK A TABLE?
Absolutely. Larger groups are welcome. Please send your booking request to restaurang@josefina.nu and we'll be in touch.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION, OR CAN I JUST DROP BY?

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT FOR A WALK-IN TABLE?
We'll do our best to seat you as quickly as possible
CAN YOU HELP ME SURPRISE MY GUESTS WITH FLOWERS, CHAMPAGNE OR SIMILAR?
We'd be delighted to help with anything from our menu, such as a bottle of champagne. For flowers, we kindly ask that you bring them yourself or arrange delivery through a florist.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CAKE, OR DO YOU PROVIDE ONE?
Unfortunately, we're not able to provide cakes at the moment. However, please feel free to email us at restaurant@josefina.nu – we'll let you know if we can make an exception for your occasion.

Smart casual. Items such as vests, hoodies, sportswear, swim shorts, ripped clothing, beach shoes, slippers, trainers/sneakers and crossbody bags may result in refused entry.
HOUSE RULES
Our house rules are strictly enforced to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and good order at the venue.
To be granted entry to Restaurant Josefina, you must not:
Be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Bring your own beverages onto the premises or while waiting in line. Disturb other guests or our staff.
SECURITY AND STAFF
Our security personnel actively screen all guests to prevent prohibited items from being brought onto the premises.
You must be able to verify your age with valid photo ID.
Admission is always at the discretion of our security and staff on duty.
Please note that no cloakroom is available for coats, bags or personal belongings.
Guests who do not meet the dress code, age requirement or house rules will not be granted entry.
Guests who behave disruptively or fail to follow staff instructions will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
